whats the best way of catching spiders?

I use a glass (or plastic tumbler) & a piece of card.

Make sure that the glass is big enough to fit over the spider without trapping its legs.

Place the glass over the spider, gently slide the card underneath & pick up glass & spider. Spider is now safely contained & you can let it go outside.

why would you want to catch a spider???. just use somethink bigger than the spider and use your hands, less harm
