I'm assuming that you've actually reached Zora's domain. Head to the top of the domain and you will find the Zora King. Head left and you will reach a lone Zora. He will challenge you to a diving game. It costs 20 rupees to play it. The zora will throw 5 blue rupees over the waterfall. Just jump off the waterfall and then dive down and collect them all. Once you succeed, go back up to him and talk to him again and you willl get the silver scale, which will allow you to dive down deeper than you could before.
Once you have the silver scale, go to the main swimming area of Zora's domain. You should see a small tunnel under the water. Now you have the silver scale, you can dive down and swim through it. The tunnel is a warp to Lake Hylia. Once at Lake Hylia, swim around on the surface close to the pillars near where you came out. Keep an eye on Navi, as at some point, she will point out something under the water. Dive down to it and grab it. It's a bottle with a note inside.
With the letter in a bottle, head back to Zora's domain and show the letter to King Zora. After reading the letter, he will allow you access to Zora's fountain, but first is a painfully long animation of the king moving. Before you go, go back into the main area andput a fish in the now empty bottle; you'll need it to get into Lord Jabu-Jabu.
Once you have a fish, head into Zora's fountain. Lord Jabu-Jabu stands out like a sore thumb. Just stand in front of him and let the fish out of the bottle and you will enter his belly, but before you do that, there's a useful item nearby, but it's not essential. Head to the top-right of Zora's fountain and you should see a bombable boulder. Place a bomb next to this and it should blow up the whole wall. Behind is a Great Fairy's fountain. The fairy inside will give you Faore's Wind, which allows you to set up a warp point in a room and then warp to it whenever you want. Remember that you can only use it in a dungeon that has a Dongeon Map hidden inside.

Go to Hylia Lake (spelling??) and get the bottle with Princess Ruto's notes. Make sure that you have a fish in a bottle with you as well. Take the note to Zora Falls and into her father, King Zora. He will ask you to find her and then he will scoot over to reveal the enterance. Go past him and go into the next area. Put the fish on the platform infront of Jabu Jabu and you will get sucked in as he tries to eat the fish. Don't worry you can get in and out as you plz after that.

You have to go through a chamber behind the Zora King (you need to find the letter from Princess Ruto (spelling?) at Hyrule lake first, it's is just by the entrance between the Zora's place and the lake), and you have to place a fish from a bottle (which you can get at the lake)in front of the gigantic fish (Jabu Jabu) to enter his belly.

after you find the letter to the king zora from lake hylia and give it to him, go to the Zora Fountain which is behind him. jabu jabu will be right there, hes huge. all you have to do is drop a fish from a bottle and he will suck you and the fish into his mouth. you can find a fish in the circle of rocks in zoras domain or under a rock beside the castle.

you do favor to get a fishand drop it in the front of Jabu himself if the fat fish guy wont bypass yo favor to win the size from the diving contest and bypass to hylan lake and get the bottle and educate the fat fish guy the letter interior so he will bypass
