Where is the address bar on the Internet explorer by Yahoo?

I need to type my router's addressinto the address bar of my web browser. I am using Internet explorer by Yahoo ( I believe version 7.5) and it is not obvious to me where address bar is. The router address has numbers and periord so it is not you internet typical address

The address bar is where it list the name of the website you are currently on (such as http://yahoo.com when you are on yahoo). Just type in the router address like you would any web site you want to go to.

its all the way at the top of the I.E
