If you mean physical side effects, none that I can think of in moderation, and not really any that I can think of in excess. It could have occupational or social side effects though, in excess?

No. It is one of the most common myths and has been repeatedly refuted by doctors all over the world. Masturbation has no side effects so to say except maybe release tension in the body..

No unless you are doing it like a mad monkey. Then you will get raw. Also if you are a guy and will have sex later that day it might be better to wait.Other wise you won't be as interested and might not perform well.

People say you can go blind or deaf or it will make your sex life bad!!
But none of these are actually true!! There are no side affects apart from getting caught so make sure you find a room you can lock the door in!!

selfishness. before i was sexually active, i did it. but when i had oral sex for the first time, i couldnt get off. it depends on your personality.
but as far as anything else, physically no on men.
