Say if all the componants of your body were replaced with identical but artificial ones. When does it stop being 'you'?. And say if it thinks exactly like you would. Would it be 'you'? Then there is the question of your soul.

"I think therefore I am." concluded Rene Descartes. The moment I stop thinking (of my own volition), that is when I cease to be myself.

I would say that when you lose your own thought process, or when you could only answer a question when the answer is pre-programed.
Scientists have been able to copy or replace virtually every organ in the body with the exception of the nervous system (including the brain) in fact they still have trouble explaining how the brain works.

"I" doesn't just suddenly disappear, if you are replacing every bit of your body then "I" is getting smaller and smaller until the last piece is replaced and "I" is all gone. For example, if I replace my arm only then I am nearly "I" but not completely!
Thanks for this question, it got me thinking.

Your brain controls everything from your personality to the way you walk, talk and your mannerisms. So changing your brain or parts of it is when you'll change from being 'you'

the conscious "YOU" is not a "part" that could be replaced. "You" are not your arm or leg , or any other physical part. As long as "you" are capable of or marked by thought, will, design, or perception, then "you" will be "you".
