open the above folder and paste the shortcuts of the programs u want to start when computer starts. and restart

In Windows, you can add them to your Startup folder. Click Start, Programs, and in that list is Startup, you can drag any program into that and it will kick off when your PC first gets to the Desktop. You can also get to this Startup folder by right-clicking on the Start button itself and choosing Explore. It's in the tree-structure there. You can then COPY and paste programs into it. One word of warning, however, adding too many applications to the Startup folder will slow down your PC when it gets to the Desktop. Once they're all open though, it will be as if you opened them separately. Good Luck!
