Nothing to be worried about. It merely some fluid that was excreted into your urethra from the testes. It's not sperm, but rather the fluid that sperm is mixed into.
Don't let these guys scare you with STD talk, it's not worth wasting money at the doctors over. I would know, having experienced this before ever having intercourse

Sounds like urine mixed with semen, if you had climaxed recently. But if you are having sex with multiple partners then I suggest a STD check.
