you can buy DVD region 1 , from Tottenham court Road , London , Electrical shops.
Or even better you ask for Region Free DVD , ie 0, and will play all systems, from anywhere in the world .

Given that the dollar is so weak against the pound at the moment even including the shipping it will work out about the same price as ordering from amazon.co.uk.
They do deliver to the UK as I've ordered from them before and had no problems.
