It would seem that it is someone that has no respect for the system and plans on using it. There needs to be better rules out there to stop people from abusing the right to sitting on their butt and getting paid.

I'm not on welfare, but I know for a fact that a lot of people on welfare do not sit on their butt all day and watch tv. Many of these people do work, but their jobs do not pay enough money to pay all their bills. Working 40 hours a week on minimum wage is not enough to raise a family. I think it's wrong that some people choose to have a lot of kids just to get a bigger welfare check. That is not fair to all the hard working tax payers.

If that person has the intentions of abusing the system, then yes. AS well as the children placed in a home. Some people make honest mistakes and need all the help they can get. It isn't fair to be so judgemental when you have not walked in their shoes. Believe me, those who are free-loading are paying for it, in more ways than one. Kinda like, you reap what you sow.

All welfare children shoudl be removed and all adopting parents who keep getting their kids outside the US need to take them in. Greedy people on both sides; it's disgusting.
There are people who purposely sign up to adopt children with down syndrome, because it's so darned tough to get healthy white kids. If you really must, insist on a non-crack baby. But if so many of the kids adopted to the US from outside are from different races, then we need to take our own societies leftovers and do our best! Sorry to call them leftovers, but that's all they'll ever be, and they'll be much more likely to fill our prisons, too!
