i want to make a cartoon/film like the phantom tolbooth. anyone ever see that? well, anyway, i'm not sure how to go about making the actual cartoons without wasting tons and tons of paper. Did 'the snowman' cartooon use tons of paper coz they coloured theirs in with pencil!!!
Please help me!

start by drawing dif eyes see which 1 u like best go on with the rest of the body...
