Both are quite annoying, but I would go with the braggers, just because they talk too dang much. Haha.

modest people because modest people are looking for complements braggers just tell what they got all the time but modest people are totally fake

That is really difficult. I think maybe the "modest" ones because they're more decietful. Braggers might be annoying but theyre a bit more WYSIWYG

people fishing for compliments, at least with braggers you can just switch off, but i hate it when you have to keep telling someone how fabulous they look when they already know it!

Who cares.... I like most people even if they they are disgusting, disturbed, complicated, clowns, know it alls, cocky or hot I just hate snobs they are the worst people on this earth...
