1.First wire from two polaritys of battrey (+) and (-) to where you wanna place your CDROM ( you can use wires of car too ,but first you have to find 12V and GND(Ground) between your wires using a multimeter (set on DC Voltage - Range 20V a tleast) ).

2.When you got your 12V DC input , you must use two IC_Regulators : 7809 and 7805 like this :

12V DC ------- ( 7809 ) ---------- ( 7805 ) -------->------ 5V DC
oooooooooooooo | oooooooooooo | oooooooo
GND ------------------------------------------

You mus see the face of IC's as you making this circuit ( there are written marks on the top )

now you have your 5V DC too.

3.Find an unused Power Supply of computer ( dameged one )
and cut one of its four wired jakes which matches CDROM input of power ( Yellow . Black . Black . Red )

4.Plug 12V DC Directly to Yellow wire where you cut it before
plug the GND to both Black wires
plug the circuit output ( 5V DC ) to Red wire

5.Important : screw your regulators to a heat sink because they get too hut and may get dameged.

6.At last wire from socket of audio output at the back panel of
your CDROM ( it has marks on above like this : R G G L )
It has four pins.

plug R wire to the right speaker wire ( standard color : white )
plug your G G wires to the common wire of your speaker (
standard color : Black )
plug L wire to the left speaker wire ( standard color : Red )

7.use a switch in your input line ( 12V DC ) before circuit :

12V DC -------------0 \o--------------->----------> circuit
ooooooooooooooooooooooooooo |
ooooooooooooooooooooooooooo .----------> 12V DC input

to switch your system off when you do not use it.

AND ENJOY YOUR AUDIO MUSIC DISKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With best wishes,
Mohammad

A trick can be work to do so, you have to arrange the suitable power supply adapter to powered CD drive in your car, then you have to arrange a jack to insert in Headphone's jack hole. The wires which comes out from this jack can attach to the INPUT of your car sterio/music system.
But a problem still there, You can enjoy only Audio CDs... not MP3.
