Do you mean Turduckin?

Chicken stuffed inside a Duck stuffed inside a Turkey and then roasted. Often made with pork stuffing between the layers.

In Medieval times they often kept going, stuffing that inside a lamb, then inside a pig, then inside a calf and then inside a cow.

I think a Cherduckin would be a cherry glazed duck breast stuffed with chunks of chiken and stuffing.... But a Turduckin is a butterflied turkey breast stuffed with stuffing wich includes duck and chicken... god bless Mr. Hannaford.
