I'm not a bloke but i wouldn't think so, from my experience bare legs or stockings have a better effect than tights

Some do, but they can have problems when going to the loo! Also mens hands are bigger and they do tend to ladder them more!
If you are a tall bloke, you might have a problem area around the crutch....and that is uncomfortable, also if you wear a fine denier you would have to shave your legs, or the hairs show through!
