well, i've heard about the she laq by bennefit makeup sealer, but i want to know if its safe to put it on the inside rims of my eyes, just incase i want to put my eyeliner there? ktnxbyee

Putting on eyeliner inside the rims of your eyes is not safe. Parts could chip off and go into your eyes, and make them look red. also, if your eyes tear, the make-up will smudge. If you don't want dry, red eyes, don't apply eyeliner inside your eyes.

I think its safe. Just dont poke your eye out doing it! You cold also use a shadow the same color as your liner and with an angle brush pat it on top of your liner. It will help from not smudging.

Haven heard of it before, but i believe if it's made to apply near the eyes it shouldnt be a problem. Do ask the sales person before u get it.
