they sell these nasal strips that lift open your nasal passageway somehow... you sleep with it on the outsite of your nose, and eventually it will sort of train your nose to stay that way... you could probably find it at CVS or somthing if you don't want to visit the doctor

You need to have your Gen.Practioner set you up with a sleep clinic. That is where they study you all night long, while you are hooked up to machines that watch what you are doing in your sleep. Apnea comes to mind of course, but it just doesn't "happen". Snoring is also a problem that people have that still have their tonsils and adenoids later on in life. So have those things checked and you will find out. Happy T Day!

Go see a doctor and get the right answers. you won't get them on Answers.

Talk to your doctor about the problem. It could be your weight or sleep apnea if it is really loud.
I found those little tapes you put on the bridge of your nose worked well for one of my kids when his allergies were really bad and he was stuffed up.

If you are overweight, lose it. Have you been tested for sleep apnea? Snoring can lead to sleep apnea. If nothing else workks and you are in good health ask your doctor about surgery.

don't sleep on your back or your side because then you're compressing your lungs and that's why you snore.
