umm..sign in, and on the top left of the page next to your picture you will see the option to edit profile...thats where you go to get to the boxes where you put the html in...if i misunderstood your question, im sorry :)

I have some useful MySpace information for tweaking the profile. As for publishing your webpage you need a totally different FTP site, that MySpace doesn't allow. Keep in mind that myspace is created using html and CSS. Hope this helps
