No, actually, I think he was one of the best, right after Connery. He was quite good, and I hope he continues as the character for many years.

When Ian Fleming wrote Casino Royal. James Bond was introduced as 007 he was lean, dark haired and aged 42. Described as charming but with a quick temper and a cruel streak. While Sean Connery looks more like him Daniel Craig portrays him far more as Ian Fleming intended him to be. This film is more gritty and realistic than the majority of the others.

Nope im afraid Daniel Craig is quite magnificent in Casino Royale. The worst Bond ever had to be Roger Moore. His movies were more like roadrunner cartoons.

I've not seen Casino Royale yet but all the reviews I've read/heard have been amazing, saying Craig is the best Bond since Connery (and apparently plays the role the way that Brosnan wanted to but was denied)

no definitely not, he's OK mybe they like to go back to the Sean Connery formula, than with the Roger Moore formula which was also what Pierce Brosnan also used. I think the worst would be the Living Daylights James Bond Timothy Dalton..

I haven't seen this new Bond film yet (and might not) but my friend has been and says he pouts for the first ten minutes. They said he looks like he's giving the 'Blue Steel' to everyone. LOL
I watched a film with Daniel Craig in it the other night on the tv. I was trying to see him as good looking man but he just misses the mark for me. He's rugged in a Sean Bean kind of way but he's got no on screen charisma to back it up.

I've not sen the new Bond to know if Daniel is a bad Bond or not, but I'd say the worse one if the guy who only made one and no one can remember his name.

He was fab - Sean Connery still rates as the best but if you've ever read the books, you'll know it was intended for JB to be a much harder character than the films portray and I think Daniel Criag has that necessary edge to him. This film went back to basics, more fighting, less gadgets - one of my favourites.

I haven't seen the new Casino, but I know of a number of terrible Bonds
Barry Nelson (TV show Climax's version of Casino Royale)
Peter Sellers, David Niven and Woody Allen..(all played Bond in the first movie version of Casino Royale)
Craig has a long way to go to get as bad as any of these

it became between the final video clips. it ultimately went back to prefer bond was once and have been given rid bond working out in the open surroned via a hundred undesirable adult men with weapons and killing all of them. the gadgets have been a huge area of the 1st few bonds. this type of action picture is the reason we nonetheless have james bond on the instant.

I haven't seen a single Bond movie, but I still think this guy is better than the others.
Atleast he acts like a real man.
