I am a Hard Rock/Heavy Metal fan at heart so I would have to say AC/DC's "Back In Black". The entire CD is great. But on the non metal side, I'd vote for Eric Clapton's "Pilgrim". It has great songs on it including "Circus Left Town". The last event Eric Clapton and his son Connor had gone to before Connor's death.

Oasis - Definitely Maybe or Sex Pistols - Never Moind the B******s. Beacuse there is not a bad track on either, and they are the most consistent debuts of all time.
