I loved him from the moment I first heard "Millenium." That was his first single over here and I've been a huge fan ever since. What's weird is that I'm more of a Depeche Mode / Cure / Nine Inch Nails kind of person and not a huge pop fan. Something about him really grabs me, though.

He's pretty decent. The biggest things from UK that win over americans are Radiohead or Muse. Robbie is talented and a decent singer, but he's nothing amazingly out there in our culture. I know that sounds mean, considering he is pretty talented, but that's how a lot of people see him. Sorry if it sounds like I'm belittling him, I'm really not.

I loved his side thing with Nicole Kidman.

Speaking as a Brit I would like to know why you Amercians dont like him too because you can keep him if you want! We don't all think he's great. He's your typical limited talent that British pop fans seem to admire so much.

his sense of humour and performance screams britain! Not always understood in US and canada. Bands seem to be more popular. Take That was very well accepted...sadly Robbie as a single entity hasnt made it. he is very tongue in cheek.....
