Hermione gets on my nerves with her 'do your homework', and 'read more' lectures.
Hagrid is just too dim to be believable, and the Ministry Of Magic (Fudge, Percy Weaver, Umbridge etc.) are equally annoying.
I love the friction between Harry and Draco, and Snape is just a brilliant loatheable (?) character.
In the books, Dobby and Weaver are a bit annoying with their pidgen English, but I suppose you have to have a balance between the good and the bad, and I think JKR gets it spot on.

in the movies I HATE the new Dumbledore. he's ruining it! he's so angry and violent-did you see the way he grabbed Harry by the collar in the last one?! old Dumbledore would never be that aggressive! in the books I love all the characters, they've all developed really well. :D

Without a doubt, it's got to be MALFOY, after all, he did try to kill Dumbledore., but saying that SNAPE finished Dumbledore off, so in a way, they are both as bad as each other.

In the movie the new Dumbledore looks like a damn hippie! And he can't act too. The movies have destroyed the books anyway.
