This is how you would solve this. Make all of the numbers the same size by adding zeros in front of the numbers that are smaller. Than you add column by column starting with the last column.
So, first we take 7 + 6 + 5 + 5 + 3. That equals 26. We put a 6 on the right and carry a 2 to the top of the previous column.
Next we take 6 + 5 + 4 + 6 + 3 and get 24. We have to add the 2 we carried and get 26. We put a 6 at the bottom of the column and carry a 2 to the previous column.
Next we add 0+0+0+0+3 and get 3. We need to add 2 to that for what we carried over. We get 5.
Next we add 0+0+0+9+3 and get 12. We didn't carry over from last time, so we get 12. We put a 2 at the bottom of the column and carry a 1 to the previous column.
Continue to do the same thing for all columns.

Okay, you should really just try it. It's not hard, it's just long. Even though it takes a long time to do, it's as simple as any addition problem up to 9+9.

123+45=168
