I think everybody should flip out and bellyache about what he said for at least three weeks just like when Mel Gibson had his rant. After all, what could possibly be more important than worrying about what some celebrity said or did. OK! just kidding! It was what it was and we all need to get over it. The man apologized. End of story.

I think it was wrong because race should NEVER become a factor. It's the cheapest form of insulting others.
When people annoy me or heckle me, I never fling out racial slurs. But I guess that's JUST me.
He could have just cursed them out with normal curse words, the n word was NOT needed. He wasn't even making any jokes when he said those things, he was pissed and that behavior came from somewhere. No one just decides to yell things like that out of nowhere. There is no excuse for those words.

i don't believe calling someone derogatory names can happen by "accident". he knew what he was doing and now that people are lashing out at him he's trying to back away by saying he made a mistake. that's ridiculous. he shouldn't have said anything in the first place.
