Yes and you can see who has blocked you.Sign into MSN messenger,go to tools,options,privacy,view and it will show you who has you blocked and who you have blocked,Only on the newer versions though of MSN messenger

not until they send you a Message or try to chat with you through Messanger. They will probably get a message that informs that messanger cannot connect with the specified user but some messangers directly tell the reason as to the user blocking their address.
But you can set options in Messenger to display what message to the blocked user.

Maybe No & Maybe Yes, Sometimes when they sends you instant messages he can't sends to you & displayes a message means you have blocked him from accessing you. Thanks for all!
