Can a person who has you sign in to send them email, send an email to your computer and track what you do with that email beyond what you answer them, ie, can they tell if you transfer it from one computer in your house to another one. In other words, is there some kind of tracking that they can have that you do not know about? Some variant of hacking? And if they have a sign in program to receive email from you, does that give them access to your computer? is there some kind of hidden return receipt they get as to what happens to the email they send to you?

Possibly Yes with a Script. They can even get your User Name and Password but don't worry, they will not have the sinlge chance of accessing your Computer but if they really hard program they can do that too.

All you have to do is to install a Firewall and a Proxy Server and they will not have the sllightest chance of doing any damage to your computer.

Its really difficult using Email only. The best they can do is to send you an attachment which will take advantage of some vulnerability and install itself and then it can find another hole in Outlook to track your mail. Or it can track all file transfer from your system and send information about particular transfre to the guy. But, these can be done by real hackers only and if you latest Anti-virus & anti spyware, it will be very difficult.

In short, it can be done via hacking only, not in normal ways.
