I am 30 yrs old and had a tubal after my second child was born. Last period was Sept.30, none since and been pretty regular.
I have this "feeling" that won't go away. Have extreme fatigue, nausea for over 2 weeks and couldn't eat, now eating everything in sight. Will be getting preg test today and see.

It's possible. Sometimes your body "repairs " itself, so a tubal isn't a sure thing. It sounds like you're pregnant.

my aunt got her tubs tied with her forth in 84, and about two yrs later she found out that she was pregnant and had to have a c-section when she went into labor. You may be pregnant.

I think that you should do the home pregnancy test and see what the result is then go see your doctor.
