just gone into kitchen water everywhere, ive cleaned out where the wash powder goes, (seemed pretty blocked), is is possible it came from out of that compartment (a rather big, but not huge puddle), because it was blocked? serious answers only please

ps ive put another wash on and no water is coming out yet

i am on stand by, but im out of luck with the towels, that is what i was washing! (bad luck or what), no more water as yet, the water wasnt murky because i use liquid, not powder, thanks for your help

i think its solved, it has spun and rinsed now, so i think water would have come out by now, cheers, still on stand by though lol

hooray, its fine now, must have been because i havent cleared the powder thing out, so my own fault anyway, thanks for everyones answers! the wash is complete

Hmm, it CAN come out of there if blocked as water will overflow and spill onto the floor.

IF the floor had a lot of "gritty, undisolved powder" which is what you might expect if that compartment had overlowed - then hopefully yes, the problem is now fixed.

IF however the water looked as though it was a little "murky" then I a wondering if it came from either a leaky pump / badly fitting outlet hose.

I would suggest you are on standby with some old towels - especially when the machine starts to pump out!

if you do not clean the powder compartment out from time to time this will get blocked and washing powder will get very hard and block the howl you can clean this out from time to time with put a small cup of cabnut of soda and a cup of vinegar in the powder slot and put the 60 temp wash this will clean it all out and the pipes

If it's the drain hose/drain pipe, it might not leak until it pumps out the water it's been using, so keep an eye on it.
