Click Start>all programs. Look for a entry named Mozilla Firefox. If you still think it is in there. Click on Start>Click Search>All Files and Folders>More Advanced Options>make sure the first 3 are checked. Click on Search. If it is in your computer it will show up on this search.

Go to START - Programs and look for Firefox or Mozilla.
Or
Go to START - Settings - Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs, then look to see if any of the listed software says Mozilla or Firefox. (Just look, do not delete it if it is there)
