He said I was suffering from Tom Jones Syndrome. I asked if it was common? He said it's not unusual.

if you cant stop, as opposed to just having a song run threw your head, you would have obsessive /compulsion (sp) disorder, and i dont think a therapist would mention Tom Jones!
