The government are collecting money for farpark victims?

I donated money to this good cause how do they know who all the people who lost money ? People might try to make out that they had money in this company that didn't.

I doubt they will know all the people i heard today they were being compenstated 7p to every pound they spent i am sure the government will have access to the companies data base

Why is the government doing that? So they don't have to pay out thousands in crisis giros over christmas?
