When I see my daughter struggling with hurt or sadness and not being able to fix it for her. When we have to send my boyfriends son home, I worry about him. When my boyfriend is depressed and I can't cheer him up. When my mom is sick and I can't mend her. I don't like to see my loved ones suffer.

Not being able to help someone that is in trouble or very sick/ill. That makes me feel very helpless indeed if I can't do anything to help.

when im crying and feel so sad and no one can cheer me up.

while i'm sitting on the bathroom with undesirable gas in my intestine and that i won't be in a position to get the poop out. For the life of me i won't get the poop out. OH GOD help ME! i ought to GET THE POOP OUT!

The times that I have felt helpless were the times my babies were sick and I couldn't do anything to make it better.............:)
