Absolutely not! No, no no. To go with a black SWEATER, your shoes have to be either:
-Black (duh)
-Red
-Slate/Ash Grey
-Purple/Maroon (if you're really bold)

Yep. You'd better hit the mall :)

You could go with either color of shoes, if you're going to go with the brown, then make sure your belt is brown. Black and brown can go perfectly well together. However, if you're wearing light khakis, then black shoes will really stand out.
Good Luck!

If the khaki pants cover up the boots, and the shoes are dark dark brown, then I think you will be fine.

Khaki pants and brown shoes are ok..........I think that would look better than the black shoes........
No need to run to the mall!!!

no they clash- change the sweater or wear a different pair of shoes. if you have other suitable pairs of shoes, wear them! theres no need to buy a new pair if you already have something else you can wear.

besides, if you are going to someone's house, dont you take your shoes off anyways?

NO, I'D DO A BLACK SHOE. WITH DARK BROWN SHOES, IT WOULD JUST BE TOO MUCH GOING ON.

I would say yes, they compliment one another , but if you had black pants, it wouldnt look as good, too much dark in one spot.

try on the outfit and if it seems just a little mismatched, try on some cute gold heels or another color that you have hiding in your closet!
