I think I would be too surprised to have an immediate reaction. But once I'd wake up, I wouldn't care at all about the insult. Who says it is supposed to be an insult anyway? I'd go after him and try to befriend him, try to gain more information, get to know more about the wizarding world and my favourite characters through him, and see if I'd have a chance of playing an important role in their world. I wouldn't let such an important opportunity go by.

But first I would see if he could give me the Weasley's phone number so I could hook up with George.

I would realize fame had gone to his head.
That, or else it was Draco Malfloy taking on Harry's form, just to make him look bad.
