should i cover my turbin vents during the winter months,or just leave them open, my average tempatuer here is like from (20 night} degreese to (50 daytime)

I'm assuming that you are referring to the turbine vents on the roof. they need to be open all year long to keep the attic cold and dry. if the attic is warm or moist the roof will be damaged over time.
