Yes he is trying to lure you in by telling you (in his imagination) his manhood is big! Sorry top of your middle finger to middle of your palm is just your average dinky winky like all the other guys in the world!
If it went from the top of his middle finger to his wrist or further he may have something a bit more worth talking about.
Don't mess up your marriage over this guy who thinks with his winky! He just wants a place to put it and if it isn't you then it will be someone else. Your relationship is already in trouble if you are thinking about it so you better center yourself and figure out what is going on in your life.

Yes, he is definately flirting with you. You said it. You both are married. Do not give into your temptations. Otherwise it will cause only grief. It would ruin his marriage, your marriage and hurt those around you. Also it would never work out with him. Because you would always wonder if he is flirting and cheating with others like he is trying to do with you.
