Sometimes I hope they do, and other times I hope they don't. For me, actions are easier to do without thinking rather than words. Ultimately I would hope that my actions and words together would speak similarly and that the people seeing and hearing them would be open to the fact that I may not have thought enough before doing them.
Every action or word deserves a second examination, I think.
