Nope... here in the UK it's still pretty wet and miserable! It does however usually snow around January and February...where I live anyway!

I live in Mexico City! The temperature has already hit 0 Celsius (32F) and we have snow all around us on the volcanos and mountains. If it snows here in the city it will be the first time in about 17 years. This winter is being predicted to be the worst in recorded history so I wouldn't rule snow out down here...........
