It means just what it says. Sweet as. Like you are as sweet as,candy,sugar, anything sweet. It also could mean you are a nice person.

sweet as means cool, though it can mean many different things and becomes a catch all rich with subtletys so its no wonder you could not decipher one definition of it.
it usually means, I understand what you have just said and I agree to go through with what ever we have discussed.

can also be used in exchange of yes!
