i have been a carer for 11 years for my mother who has m.s
and i have derpression and social phobia, i am looking for people who are going though similar promblems

That explains much. Dear, you are under a great load. You might want to look for support groups in your area. And, look for resources that will give you a bit of time for yourself. No wonder you are a bit depressed, and even have a social phobia! I have friend, now over 50 with MS. It it terrible. You are a brave young lady!!

hi i am kind of goin through the same thing wot i do is that when i am out with friends i try to forget my problems. Or for you can join a club that engersies u.
