What do they call the playing cards/magic cards with very subtle differences on their patterned backs?

Such as the suits have a very subtle difference in each corner and the numbers are shown by circles in each of the four corners.

They are marked cards. Somewhere around I have a deck called "Deland's Automatic Playing Cards" that have several marking features in them. First, the deck has a patterned back, but when you learn how to read them, you can tell exactly what card it is. Second, the deck was cut with a slight taper, so a card is slightly wider at one end than at the other --- so you can turn cards 180 degrees and make them easy to pull from the deck. Third, the deck had a stacking scheme that would allow you to read a different "dial" on the back of the card that would let you know where some other cards were in the deck... and it was stacked perfectly so that if you dealt the deck out to four players, each player would have a perfect bridge hand (e.g. 13 cards, all in the same suit) with the dealer holding spades.
