French-Je suis juste arrivé
Spanish-Acabo de llegar
Greek-Έφθασα μόλις
Portuguese-Eu cheguei apenas

Spanish = Acabo de llegar.
Italian = Sono arrivato appena.
French = Je suis juste arrivé.

Being English myself
I would just shout the phrase in question,and expect everyone else to understand me.
If that does not work,then I would add an "O" to the end of every word.-that always does the trick

italian: Ho appena arrivato
french: J'ai juste arrivé
Spanish: Acabo de llegar

French is 'J'arrive maintenant' meaning 'I arrive now'.
