I grew up in a very catholic traditional family, and we could never wear anything different than what would be considerable "Normal", in combination with that all aspects of body, growth, etc were always dealt with shame and secrecy. Any cleavage or short skirts was out of the question. Now we (the children, grandchild's) as we got independent and broke out from those notions, we have realise that we have too much issues and problems in things other would find easy.
For example I don't feel at ease going to the beach as I'm always thinking everyone is looking at me. And when I want to wear a different type of clothes (even for example if I wanted to dress in a punk style), that I normally wouldn't wear, I feel so uncomfortable that if people aren't looking at me in the beginning , in the end they will look, because I'm so unease.
Has this happened to you?
Or do you have any ideas, suggestions to improve your physical self-esteem and someday feel comfortable in my swimsuit?

don't be so uneasy. If people are looking at you who cares! you should just be yourself

You can be modest and still in style go to shade.com and shop they have cute clothes that cover you go for it
