I had a really wierd dream about snakes, I was running around town,with my 3 year old daughter and dodgeing these snakes, which would bite and kill. i have other children but she was the only one in the dream, and no one would seem to help unlesss i gave them this purse"my purse" nothing was in it but i would'nt do it. it was scary watching all these people die. can anyone help me with this and let me know what this means.

For a long time snakes have been or sexual symbols or live and death symbols.
The doctors and pharmacists have them in their logos.
For the Celts it was also a powerful symbol especially when it has his tail in his mouth. Some eternity, full cycles also.
For native Americans like Ted Andrews, it means rebirth, resurrection, initiation and wisdom.
However, I have got a little dictionary of dreams and it tends to say that, giving the dangerous way they are behaving and the fact that you could not kill them, it could mean treachery, difficulties...
And as that child was with you, maybe coming from someone you both know.(I should say)..
I am not really a psychic but I do have intuitions. My first thought was, are you not afraid that some paedophile could arm your daughter? Is your subconscious not telling things and warning you about someone you both know?

Snakes in a dream mean to be cautious about enemy's. but in this case, I think you just had an action filled movie type dream that exemplifies your courage and wisdom in protecting yourself and your children.
A strong possibility that you have and always have had subconscious fears as to the safety of your 3 year old daughter.
It was played out in your dream, and you emerged victorious, in protecting her as well as yourself.
You protected yourself and your young daughter from the snakes, and although people tried to take money, you would not relent, showing your wisdom and strength and your ability to make it on your own, without help.

My Gosh Darci, do not eat any more of what you did prior to sleeping that dream. Snakes means exactly what you were doing running around. that dream of yours troubles me in that it involved a daughter,snakes,purse,people dying. reads precognitive to me. what takes shape in my mind is either a virus running a deadly course or to definitely keep an eye on that child's health and or well being. Or its really just one of those dreams that mean that you are running about too much.

this may sound crazy but believe it or not, in my culture... if u dream of snakes, it means that u have an admirer.. someone likes u... but then again, ur dream may not neccessarily be a bad omen.. maybe its trying to tell/remind u something..

my grandmother used to tell me that a snake bites means taking the bad timing giving the bitten person a better future... but in your case, i think u fear something about that child of yours in your dream... just my opinion...
