SiO+Ca(PO)-----------------

AB + CD ---> AD + CB
logic doesn't work here as Si doesn't react/bond with Ca or Phosphorus.and Ca(PO) should be Ca3(PO4)2
and SiO should be in the form of SiO2.
so unless you want hypothetical compounds SiO2 won't form with either of the two other reactants.
based on the forumlae from an SI data book, the above reaction would not balance.

its a double displacement reactions so it's like this:

AB + CD ---> AD + CB

Then balance it so you have to same amount of each element on both sides of the equation.
