My period was 7 days late when I started and now it is 7 day early only 3 weeks in to the pill. They say this is normal. Really?

I am going through IVF for male factor infertility. I fear I may become pg prior to IVF cycle. Is that possible w/ only having to take bc pills for 3 weeks? Can I still become pg?

Oh yeah, think about what your doing to your body.
All of those chemicals & hormones being put into your body, that were not there before.
It will take anywhere from 3 to 6 months for your hormone levels to straighten out.
Best of luck to you.

Yup. It takes your body a while to get accustomed to the changes in hormone levels. Did you miss any pills? Because that can cause that too. Your period usually regulates itself by 3 months of being on the pill.

Yes, this is normal, typically it takes 3 or more months for birthcontrol to become regular in your system. Don't stop taking it, it's completely normal, but watch after the 3rd month, if you're still have irregularities, just talk to your doctor. I hope this helps :)
