When I'm P*ssed I listen to stuff that will make me happy! But when I'm teary eyed I listen to some boyz 2 men (if its to do with my man) and that makes me bawl like a 2 year old. i wonder why that is? Maybe I just need to cry...

When I'm in a good mood, I'll listen to almost anything. I've learned (over many years) to regulate my moods and not be affected (as much) by the music I listen to.

When I'm angry, I listen to a heavy stuff, like Pantera, old Sabbath, Black Label Society, etc.

When I'm sad, I tend to listen to early alternative stuff - Toad the Wet Sprocket, Counting Crows, etc.

Mad- Something hard and more up beat (ex...Slipknot)... but If I want to sing and let it all out that way, I listen/ sing with Alanis Morissettes Jagged Little Pill album...

Upset- Something more soft and slower (ex...Bother or through glass-Stone sour, almost anything Maria Mena...)

It all depends on the situation too... I try to find songs that relate to what I'm going through.

When I'm pissed off, it has to be Kelis 'I hate you so much right now' or Christina Aguilera 'Fighter'. They're great songs to scream along with and vent all your rage.

When I'm sad I listen to Damien Rice, although sometimes his music is so sad it nearly pushes me over the edge!
