no. they are all owned by the same company, but banana republic's quality and craftmanship is exceedingly higher than old navy. i have noticed that old navy is beginning to manufacture nicer clothing, and that gap is changed for the worse. it is now trying to attract a new crowd which i dislike because its not the classic gap i am used to. the clothes are changing and the commercials -ugh they drive me crazy!

gap IS an overpriced old navy but i think banana republic is a little different from the two. Old navy and gap focus on everything while banana republic is generally just men and womens clothes

Yes and Yes. They all carry the same things. The only difference is they go more colorful the cheaper you go down. They are also own by Gap Inc. (I used to work at ON, I know these things)

Well Old Navy is owned by Gap so yeah, basically its just a more expensive Old navy.

Hm, yeah- I really think so. I personally like Banana Republic the best though, I think that they have the cutest clothes.

Yes they are all owned by the same owner...which is a smart idea because they cover all the peoples needs.....people with all incomes have a place to shop....and the owner is making a fortune.

Yes it's all made by the same company, just like Almay is made by Clinique & L'oreal is made by Lancombe, I could go on & on. Just do a litte research & you'd be surprised.
