Walking and swimming are great exercises for pregnant women. You might want to check with your local gym or YMCA and see if they provide any classes for pregnant women. My neighbor attends a pregnant womens dancing class that gives her a great workout but doesn't require a lot of bouncing around.

Keep a normal eating schedule, only eat when your hungry.
Keep your calories up by eating healthy foods, not high sugar junk food.
There are several exercise programs available on the market, find one that you are comfortable with.
Get the book "What to expect when your expecting" it will help you with what to expect during your pregnancy.

Its extremely important to eat right.Fruits,vegetable,multivitamins,calcium,and iron.Meats starches and things are also necessary but not a lot of starch but enough fiber. Yoga is good for pregnancy and walking is excellent for pregnancy.Rent tapes and go to classes.Good luck.

I won eighty with my first. That became into six years in the past. i'm now 35 weeks pregnant and have basically won 26 pounds. This time i attempted to consume healthful, and walked for workout. i think plenty greater effective this time around.

I have heard that prenatal yoga class is great for exercise, stamina, and focus during delivery. Later on after baby is here - continuing with mommy and baby yoga is great for bonding with your little one.
