I am working full time and also studying 2 evenings and some of saturday (just an hour) I also worked full time while finishing my law degree which was four nights, three hours per night that was a few years ago and I was only 23/24/25 at the time but I am finding it much tougher this time. i don't know if it is my age (i'm 28) or whether it is because I am just tired of studying and working. Is there anybody is the same boat? How do you balance it? The amount of time i spend in college now is much less yet I am finding it harder, not sure why

This is what I do in order balance as a college student:

1.Organize! I use both a master schedule, a monthly planner, and a daily to-do-list. This is how I organize my working days, class time, homework/ study and other obligations.

2.I also try to get as much rest as I can because I know what I have to do after the weekend is over (well, I go to school on Saturdays so I really should say when Sundays are over).

3.Make sure you have food that is portable -- no fuss and no mess -- eat home cooked meals on the weekend when you have time.

4.Make time to workout, trust me, it helps with coping with everyday stress.

5. Don't try to be accessible to everyone that wants your time -- make time to have fun with your friends/ family but also know when to draw the line.

Hope this helps!!! Good luck to you

You should work only 15-20 hours if you are a full time students (taking about 15 credits hours)

The formula = 15*1 +15*2 + 15-20 = 45-50 hours per week for study and work. You should adjust your time to get this number.

while you're in a position to manage to pay for it I strongly propose going to college finished time and getting loans to cover training and residing expenses. You life would be plenty extra handy and you will devote all it sluggish to reading and getting out at as quickly as. Over the summer in basic terms attempt to get a three-4 month job, after that dive into college finished time.
