How old is he? Could be he is trying the tiddly winks game to lure you in for ulterior motives. I would be wary if I was you. The answer to this question will change according to his age. If he is elderly then, yes, I would say he was lonely. And being lonely he will attention seek!

The guy sounds like a tool! Hehe. I'd say he's probably attention seeking and lonely. He could also be a few cents short of a dollar if ya know what I mean? Do you know him that well? I'd probably just say 'Nah thanks mate' and have a laugh or just ignore him. It takes all sorts in this world. If he shits you off real bad jus tell him your'e not interested piss off and stop askin??
